What negocio.com.py is
negocio.com.py is a business directory for Paraguay. Browsing the directory is free, and listing a business is free too. By using the site or listing a business, you agree to these terms.
Data we collect
We collect the data you give us directly: when you write through the contact form, when you send a message or an enquiry to a business from its profile, when you list your business in the directory, or when you report incorrect information. That includes things like your name, your email or WhatsApp number, and the content of your message. If the site's analytics are active, we use a cookieless tool (Plausible) that measures visits in aggregate, without identifying you or your device.
How it's used
We use your data for what you asked for: forwarding your enquiry to the relevant business, contacting you about your directory listing, or reviewing a report of incorrect information. We also use it to improve the service, for example by understanding which pages get the most visits. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Reviews
When the reviews feature is active, reviews you leave are moderated before publishing and must reflect a real experience with the business — we don't accept fake or paid reviews. The display name you choose is published alongside your review.
Legal or privacy enquiries
If you have a question about these terms, about your data, or want to ask us to delete it, write to us via our contact page.
